Mail Tracking allows you to track your mail through the USPS mail stream.
Do you want to know whether your mail is still sitting on the post office's dock, or if it is ready for delivery?
How Does Mail Tracking Work?
When we address your mail piece, we insert an extra code within the barcode. At every point in the mail system when the piece is scanned by sorting equipment, it registers that the piece was read, and transmits the information to a website. You are given a website and password which allows you to track your mail from any computer connected to the internet, 24/7! You can track your mailing down to the individual mail piece, to the point where it is given to the mail carrier for delivery.
What Are the Benefits?
You get the peace of mind of knowing that your mailing has been delivered. You can determine when your mail is hitting in different geographic areas. You can have a better idea when the calls will come, and plan your staffing accordingly.
What Does It Cost?
The cost is $10 per thousand (a penny per mail piece) with a $50 minimum.
