We prepare your mail to be "automation compatible" with Postal Service equipment, which saves you postage dollars and speeds the delivery of your mail. Mailing Lists

We can help you get the right mailing list for your project.. Accurate targeting of your prospects will save you money in terms of reduced printing and postage costs, while increasing your response rate. We can help you choose from resident/occupant lists, consumer names lists, and business lists.

"List Doctor" Data Services

If you have your own mailing lists that need help, we can cure them! We can fix "messed up" lists into database formats. Was your list put together from several lists in your organization? Are you concerned that there are duplicates? We can "dedupe" the list so that you only send one per person. Bad or outdated addresses? We can run your database to insure that all addresses are standardized in accordance with USPS guidelines, and eliminate non-deliverable addresses. We can run your mailing list against the USPS change of address file to identify and capture the new address of movers going back 48 months.
